01. Selection and Recruitment

Apprenticeships are a great way to upskill your existing team, too – practically anyone can be an Apprentice. If you need to recruit someone, we’ll help with that, too.

02 .Meet Your Dedicated trainer

We’ll pair you with a dedicated Training Consultant who will be your main point of contact for day-to-day support. All our Training Consultants bring extensive industry experience, strong educational expertise, up-to-date DBS checks, and plenty of friendly, practical advice.

03 .During the programme

An apprenticeship combines real work in a real job with a structured programme of training activities. These include assignments, reflective statements, shadowing opportunities, and off-the-job training, which can be delivered either in the workplace or at one of our training centres.

Support is always close at hand. We’ll meet regularly with you and your apprentice to review progress, ensure everything is on track, and provide any additional support needed.

04 .Progress Check

As the apprentice approaches the end of their apprenticeship, they move into the gateway phase. This marks the transition from formal training to the assessment stage, known as the End Point Assessment.

05 .End-Point Assessment

End-Point  Assessment of the knowledge, skills and behaviours your apprentice has developed throughout their apprenticeship, confirming their occupational competence.

06 .Certification

Once your apprentice successfully completes their Apprenticeship and End Point Assessment, we’ll invite you along to our Graduation Ceremony.

07 .Next Steps

Your Training Consultant will work with you to explore future development opportunities and introduce you and your apprentice to additional apprenticeship programmes that may be of interest.
